DLT Jon Baker

For 25 years Bedford based Jon Baker has been managing, training and coaching in retailing and commercial transport. He's worked extensively with businesses: training, coaching and helping people run them. He has professional coaching qualifications and is a certified NLP practitioner.

He is an associate lecturer at the Open University Business school (so can give you a blend of modern theory and the highly practical) and is a Scuba diving staff instructor (trains those that want to become instructors) and loves to run team building sessions.

When not working he loves to spend time outdoors, up mountains or under the water with his son.

Don't ask him about diving under the arctic ice (or anywhere else) and as for Bedouin fires, Bedouin tea and watching stars in the desert......
